Consulting for the design of the intelligence process

IBP is a private not-for-profit organization whose main goal is the promotion and development of the national petroleum and gas sector. With over 50 years of existence, the organization is one of the most highly recognized in the sector.

ONIP itself seeks to act as a forum of articulation and cooperation between companies that belong to the different segments that compose the petroleum sector.

These two institutions have been working together in the construction of the “Plataformas Tecnológicas” project, whose central objective consists of the structuring of a large intelligence program to stimulate technological innovation projects in the petroleum industry. The identification and formulation of these projects will only rise from the recognition and evaluation of existing market opportunities in the sector and their alignment with the technical capacities available in the national industry.

Cortex had strong a participation with IBP and ONIP, performing the modeling and design of the entire intelligence process, which gave direction to the subsequent phases of the program. The adoption of Cortex's intelligence models allied to our pragmatic orientation brought important directives to the continuity of the program.
